RicohCookBook is a public library of Ricoh GR film recipes - the community's favorite in-camera JPEG looks, in one place. Every recipe has its own page and a single shareable link, so when someone asks “what's the recipe?” the answer is a link, not a screenshot buried in a thread.

It's built for the GR III, GR IIIx, GR IV, GR IV HDF, and GR IV Monochrome. Copy any recipe's settings to your camera, or save the ones you love as a settings card.

Who's behind this

Hi - I'm Brendan, a photographer who likes building useful things for other photographers: web apps, guides, little tools that save people some digging. RicohCookBook started as my own GR recipe notebook and grew into this - every community look in one place, credited and tested.

Credit & attribution

Recipes are collected from the community. The setting values themselves are just numbers - facts you dial into your camera - but the people who created and named these looks deserve credit. Each recipe links back to its original post wherever I can identify it.

If a recipe is yours and you'd like different credit, a correction, or its removal, just reach out and I'll sort it quickly. Email hello@ricohcookbook.com.

I only publish setting values and my own descriptions - not other people's photos or write-ups. Sample images are used only with the creator's permission.

Support the site

Every recipe here is free, with no paywall and no account - and it stays that way. RicohCookBook is a one-person project: testing recipes, verifying settings against the original sources, and keeping the site running takes real time.
