Monotone, Hard Monotone and Hi-Contrast B&W looks from the GR community - grainy street monochrome, deep high-contrast shadows, softer everyday B&W.

B&W recipes are the most portable on the site. With no color response to drift between sensors, the same tone curve reads the same on a GR III, IIIx or IV - even the bodies' slight warmth difference disappears in monotone.

Shooting the GR IV Monochrome? It's a B&W-only camera, so this page is effectively its recipe catalog. The loading walkthrough maps each image control to the Monochrome's own presets - and since it has no white balance, you skip that line entirely.
