Hot shoe cover

The GR IV's hotshoe sits open on the top plate, and a cover keeps dust and pocket grit off the contacts. JJC's is anodized aluminum with a soft silicone pad on the underside, so it slides in snug without scratching the shoe, and it is shaped to follow the GR IV's lines rather than sitting proud like a generic cover. It fits the GR IV, GR IV HDF and GR IV Monochrome. The obvious catch: it comes off every time you mount a flash, a finder or a thumb grip, so it is one more small thing to lose.
