Ricoh's own optical finder, cut for the IIIx's 40mm view. Superb glass, genuinely expensive, and it does not lock to the hotshoe - people lose these.
The premium way to stop shooting at arm's length. Owners who love it use it instead of the screen full time, and the glass earns the price. Two honest warnings, both from people who own one: it costs about as much as a used lens for what one owner called a plastic cube, and it does not lock into the hotshoe. More than one person in the same thread reported theirs sliding out and getting lost or scuffed. A strip of electrical tape under the foot is the community's fix. If you shoot a GR III or GR IV, the framelines are wrong for your 28mm lens - look at the universal finders below instead.

“My main issue is that it doesn't lock to the hotshoe. I just wish it was a bit more secure.”u/Some_Signature on r/ricohGR
“Way too expensive. That said, I cannot shoot from a screen. I need (and love) using a viewfinder”u/ickibod on r/ricohGR
