Gorgeous fit and finish, and the community darling - sold direct (not on Amazon). Model-specific versions now cover every body, incl. glass hoods for the HDF and Monochrome; adds some bulk and isn't cheap.
The community's single favorite named accessory, and also its biggest lightning rod - every complaint is about price or pocketability, never build quality. Two real gotchas worth knowing before you order: the GC-12 case will not close over it, and on III-generation bodies the glass version sits close enough to the lens to matter in macro. If you love it, you will really love it - nobody is lukewarm about a $90 hood.
